Player of the Year: Keegan Baker, Edmond Memorial

Position: Pitcher | Class: Senior

The story: Baker was one of the most feared pitchers in the country. The OU softball signee helped guide Edmond Memorial to the state semifinals while going 14-5 in the circle, totaling 211 strikeouts and posting a 0.71 ERA through 138 innings.

Callie Cox, Stillwater

Position: Catcher | Class: Senior

The story: Cox was a key catalyst in leading Stillwater to the Class 6A state tournament. She posted a .408 batting average with nine home runs, 36 RBIs and 15 runs scored.

AJ Bennett, Carl Albert

Position: Infielder | Class: Junior

The story: Bennett helped lead Carl Albert to the program’s first state championship since 2018. The Oklahoma Christian commit dominated at the plate, posting a .414 batting average with three home runs, 38 hits and 40 RBIs.

Alexis Kierstead, Mustang

Position: Infielder | Class: Senior

The story: The UMass softball signee has been a staple in the Broncos program since her freshman year. Kierstead batted .495 on the year with 11 home runs, 41 RBIs and 41 scored runs. She led Mustang to a 32-3 record and a Class 6A state title.

Reese Poage, Mustang

Position: Infielder | Class: Senior

The story: The Oklahoma State signee batted leadoff for the Class 6A state champions while hitting .451 at the plate with 19 RBIs, 38 runs and 20 walks.

Malia Tini, Westmoore

Position: Infielder | Class: Senior

The story: Tini shined in her sole season at Westmoore after moving in from Hawaii. She batted .411 at the plate with six home runs, 40 RBIs and 29 total runs.

Nadia Jeffries, Piedmont

Position: Outfielder | Class: Junior

The story: Jeffries, a Nebraska softball signee, batted .441 for the Wildcats while collecting 21 RBIs, scoring 43 runs and stealing 39 bases to lead Piedmont to the Class 6A regional title game.

Anna Malaske, Choctaw

Position: Outfielder | Class: Senior

The story: Malaske was one of the bright spots for the Yellowjackets throughout its run to the Class 6A state title game. She batted .523 at the plate with a home run, 17 RBIs and a team-high 27 stolen bases.

Jaelynn Wilhelm, Stillwater

Position: Outfielder | Class: Junior

The story: Wilhelm has interest from several Division I programs across the country. She batted .532 for the Pioneers with four home runs, 23 RBIs and 43 runs to help lead Stillwater to the Class 6A state tournament.

Kandace Burnett, Southmoore

Position: Utility | Class: Senior

The story: Burnett had yet another dominant year, recording a .510 batting average to go along with five home runs, 19 RBIs, 51 hits, 52 runs and 14 stolen bases.

Coach of the Year: Roland Baza, Carl Albert

The story: Baza led the Carl Albert to a Class 5A state championship after the team finished 28-10 while defeating Duncan for the title. The Titans dominated throughout the season, closing the year winning 14 of their last 15 games while defeating opponents by six runs per game in that span.
